What Is The Right Size Of Banku Individual Is Require To Eat? -Here Is What Nutritionist Tells The Public, Gave Them The Right Size.
Right size of Bank?: The majority of Ghanaians ingest foods in the form of balls. One’s hunger for the day or how well the food tastes mostly determines how many balls they eat.
Fozia Baidoo, a nutritionist at the Meridian Medical Center, has recommended Ghanaians to include the right amount of carbs in their diets.
She claimed that one should identify the size of Ghanaian ball meals like Banku, Kenkey, Tuo Zaafi, and Fufu.
On the GTV Morning Show, she added, “Your fist size should be your guide.”
Yet, Baidoo remained adamant that carbs are healthy for the body.
She said, “Carbohydrates are the sole nutrition where you may have fiber, and if your diet lacks fiber, you will be constipated for the rest of your life.”
Regarding the proper food portions, she suggested that one-fourth of the plate should be made up of carbohydrates, one-fourth of the plate should be made up of vegetables, either whole or chopped, one-fourth of the plate should be made up of protein, and the remaining one-fourth should be made up of fruits.
We don’t eat to live; we live to eat, she said.
