Due to this development, the Food and Drugs Authority has cautioned the public to desist from using plenty of ice in their cocktails, juice and sweet drinks as it appeared detrimental to people’s health.
According to the food and drugs authority body, the dry ice is extremely cold, with a temperature of 78.5°C, thus colder than the regular ice.
The outfit which seeks for the goodness of people’s health advised that a small amount of dry ice should be used in cocktails, juice and sweet drinks.
It therefore stressed that individuals and bartenders should be careful about the amount they use to get their cocktails, juice and sweet drinks cold.
